The development of information technology and its extensive application in the field of education, accelerate the process of the education informatization. As the important part of college informatization construction, the network teaching resource database has been paid much attention. This article begins with the practice of network teaching resource database construction, analysed the connotation, construction principle, structure system, technical implementation and noting items of it, in order to provide reference and help for future research.
