摘要

After the emergency rescue personnel enter the site of a major natural disaster or work safety accident, the site environment will change with the development of the disaster, and the rescue or evacuation route needs to be replanned in time according to the real-time situation. In view of this kind of situation, this paper combines cost distance with greedy algorithm, and uses artificial intelligence technology to identify and analyze buildings, roads, vehicles, pedestrians, trees and other elements in the region, and proposes an intelligent route planning method based on 3D model. This method can provide an effective and feasible intelligent route planning scheme for the rescue and decision commanders, greatly improve the efficiency of the rescue work in the path selection, and further ensure the safety of the rescue workers in the process of moving or evacuation.
