The present invention relates to a virtual-augmented reality system and a mobile application for generating and operating a three-dimensional drawing and a three-dimensional shape of a frame for construction based on a two dimensional drawing and building information modeling (BIM) which have a new structure to easily check the shape or structure of a building by using augmented reality. When a user uses a camera (31) to photograph a two dimensional drawing (20) while a management program (34) is activated, the management program (34) checks image information (22) shown in the photographed two dimensional drawing (20) and transmits the checked image information (22) to a server (10). When the image information (22) is transmitted from a display device (30), the server (10) transmits BIM data corresponding to the transmitted image information (22) to the display device (30). When the BIM data transmitted by the server (10) are received by the display device (30), the management program (34) converts the received BIM data into a two dimensional or a three dimensional shape to output the two dimensional or the three dimensional shape to a display (32). The user can check the two dimensional or the three dimensional shape outputted to the display (32) with naked eyes. Accordingly, BIM can be easily used even at a site where a computer cannot be installed.
