This article describes two important ways to improve the quality of drill pipe connections.Drilling pipe connection quality is the first important issue needs to be addressed.Improve the structure of connecting thread,threads can significantly improve negative angle drilling depth,prevents drilling pipe repeated connection disassembly bites buckle,blow your clasp,unhooking phenomena occur,reduce the labor intensity of repeated loading and unloading,while extending service life of drill pipe to reduce the production cost.Do drill pipe threads with appropriate heat treatment parts harder than drilling pipes of high 5-10HRC,a significant contribution to improve the drilling tube life.Through our efforts,small-diameter drilling was created several times in a row most deep drilling record in mainland China.
