Foliations on Affinely Flat Manifolds: Information Geometry

In Section 1 we recall some information about KV-algebras of locally flat manifolds and associated cohomologies. Section 2 is devoted to discussions about information geometry, pairs of dual connections and associated foliations. In the final sections examples and possible classification in dimension3 and 4 are suggested.
