The Report reviews the results of experimental studies of specific features of initiation anddevelopment of explosive transformation (detonation) in pyrotechnic compositions (PTC) under weakshock-wave impact. In particular, it provides experimental data on the effects of loading pulse and densityof pressed samples of potassium perchlorate-based and boron-based PTC on peculiarities of combustion(explosive transformation) under shock-wave initiation by divergent shock waves with great frontcurvature.
