Low Power Consumption TFT-LCD Using Si-C Resin as Passivation Layer

By using Si-C resin, we succeeded in prototyping a high definition LCD panel, retina display as 300 pixels per inch, which improves the RC delay of signal effectively and decreases nearly 40% in the logic power consumption compared to the exiting panel with SiN_x passivation layer.
