Transfer Printing Nanowire Electronic Devices on non-Si Substrates

I will discuss various transfer printing methods that can fabricate nanowire based electronic devices onto diverse nonconventional substrates, such as paper, plastics, tapes, glasses, polydimethylsiloxane, Al foils, and polymer substrates. These flexible, transparent, ultrathin, or biocompatible devices will impact many technologies, such as flexible displays, solar cells, and biosensors. These methods can be applied to other thin film electronic devices as well.
