An emission dynamic meso-simulation model to evaluate traffic strategies in a wide urban network

摘要

Road vehicle emissions have become an important aspect related to the life quality andsustainability. The aim of the study is to develop a method to estimate pollutant emissions thattakes into account the within-day variations of traffic conditions and parameters related to thedifferent state of vehicles and that can easily be applied to evaluate the results of off-line andon-line traffic management strategies in a wide urban network.
