摘要

Ti-3Al-2Mo-2Zr titanium alloy has high strength (Rm≥700MPa,Rp0.2≥550MPa),good corrosion resistance,and good welding performance. Manual TIG welding is widely used for welding titanium and titanium alloys. This paper mainly studies the welding technology for Ti-3Al-2Mo-2Zr titanium alloy manual TIG welding,including: welding grooves preparation, welding equipment,mechanical properties and process performance of post-welding,and establishes the post-welding heat treatment process scheme for manual TIG welding stress relief,which receives good effect in practical projects.
