摘要

Highly concentrated acid collagen I can self-assemble into liquid crystalline state,the layers structure formed here is similar to that in tendon.The observation that MSCs are cultured on aligned collagen matrices by CLSM shows that the direction of the fibrils guides the cells orientation and induces the cells to gather togerther,which suggests the structure of the ording collagen matrices influences the growth, proliferation-, differentiation of MSCs.Because it is just the ordering collagen structure simulates native ECM,which creates microenvironments for MSCs that gets the result.
