Fabrication of Human Skin Equivalents with Vascular and Lymphatic Endothelial Tube Networks by Hierarchical Cell Manipulation

We successfully fabricated homogeneous HSEs composed of the dermal layers of multilayered NHDFs and the epidermal layers of differentiated KCs by a hierarchical cell manipulation. Our novel HSEs with vascular and lymphatic endothelial tube networks will be useful for pharmaceutical and tissue engineering applications.
