摘要

Plasma-based ion implantation was used to successfully etch titanium substrates and ion beam sputtering allowed for deposition of hydroxyapatite thin films doped with a controlled amount of silver particles. Silver-doped hydroxyapatite thin films provided significant effects against SE and PA bacteria growth both on the substrate surfaces and in media suspension.
