The BAp ceramics including functional BO_2 group to immune cells were successfully fabricated via the USSP technique. When the NK cells derived from mouse spleen were co-cultured with the BAp ceramics (x=0.4), the BAp ceramics promoted activation of NK cells, compared with pure Hap ceramcs and Control (polystyrene). Therefore, the BAp ceramics may be expected as a useful biomaterial for cancer immunity medical treatment.
