This new porous scaffold offers a suitable architecture and composition for stimulating osteoblastic differentiation of ADSCs, without osteogenic factors, especially if the cell constructs are placed in a dynamic environment, thanks to cell-to-cell contacts in a multicellular aggregate conformation.
