摘要

Encapsulating cells in photocrosslinked hydrogels was performed. Cell viability was high after the gelation process. rMSC encapsulated in hydrogels can be induced into chondrogenic phenotype with increased secretion of extracellular matrix, especially in copolymers which have longer hydrophobic chains. These results suggested that the hydrophobic blocks may promote chondrogenesis induction of rMSCs. And these hydrogels are suitable scaffolds for cartilage regenerative engineering.
