In vitro and in vivo evaluation of chitosan/alginate self-setting biomaterial for dental application

摘要

The self-setting biodegradable biomaterial for dental application was successfully designed. It was found that CH/TCP/Alg injectable system allowed observing newly formed bone tissue just after a month from the implantation. In the nearest future the biomaterial will be cultured in vitro both in 2D and 3D culture with the employment of ASCs and then tested on large animal model.
