摘要

All three materials developed in this study provided good support for colonization with vascular cells. The first material also enabled the cell spreading and proliferation to be controlled by the GRGDSG ligand concentration. After several improvements (e.g., long-term conditioning in dynamic bioreactors), all three materials will be applicable for creating bioartificial blood vessels with reconstructed tunica intima and media.
