摘要

There was a signicant linear relationship between drug release fraction and the reciprocal of coating thickness in certain range. Outer layer with drug could adjust the release profile on a larger scale. Multilayer coating with Rapamycin concentration gradient loading might achieve a drug eluting profile with rare initial burst release.
