摘要

The findings of this study support the hypothesis that different type of matrix niche induces TSC differentiation into different types of cells. Therefore, it is likely that tendon matrix and cartilage compositions in TBJs may contribute to the existence of tenocytes and cartilage cells there. Future research will investigate the exact matrix components and precise mechanism that are responsible for differing TSC differentiation.
