Tissue engineered bone grafts can be constructed by the porous HA scaffolds implanted at different non-osseous sites. The structural characterization of the HA scaffolds has strong influence on the bioactivity of grafts. At the same time, the bioactivity of grafts tissue-engineered has closely association with its biomechanical properties.
