摘要

This work contributes to clarify the mechanisms between biomimetic apatites close to old and young bone mineral and bisphosphonate molecules as well as the behaviour of such models in biological environment. The data obtained reveal differences of behaviours, at the physico-chemical and biological levels. Such findings show the importance of bone mineral maturation on biological behaviour. They point out also specificities related to the use of apatite nanocrystals as carrier for drug delivery.
