摘要

Modification effect of MoO for Ag anode of top-emitting organic light-emitting device has been established in many reports. Here we used MoO as modification layer to modify the energy level of Al anode. The results show that the injecting ability of Al anode is also enhanced by such modification method. The mechanism of modification effect of MoO is demonstrated by XPS analysis. We found that redox reaction occurs when MoO is deposited onto Al anode. The result is different from what we found when MoO is used as modification layers on top of Ag anode.
