Comparing the software-based controller with the FPGA-based controller of which is a directly implemented control function to the hardware (FPGA), FPGA-based controller does not need to be an operating system or simplifying of the structure of the controller. The system is better than the cyber-security, and because controlling by distributed and parallel processing, we obtain faster processing speed, while response time is improved to safety systems. When replacing an existing safety system, analog type, it can be easily replaced without big changes in the structure. The backplane of the signal for the connection to a serial bus structure in the FPGA-based controller is proposed.
