摘要

This paper presents an operator support system which can help operators effectively manage their maintenance works. The proposed operator support system consists of three functional units, that is, a reliability analysis unit, a fault diagnosis unit and a human machine interface (HMI) unit. The reliability analysis unit is based on GO-FLOW methodology which is success-oriented and can deal with phased mission issues. The fault diagnosis unit is developed based on G2 expert system and can online real time monitor the plant operation. The HMI unit is developed with JAVA programming language and SQL-Server 2005 database. The HMI unit receives the information on plant configuration changes either from operators or fault diagnosis unit, then modifies the GO-FLOW models, and displays reliability values graphically. The HMI unit also shows the weakness in NPP operation by using risk matrix. The proposed operator support system is expected to be applied for assisting reliability-centered maintenance works in Nuclear Power Plant (NPP).
