PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly install a cable.SOLUTION: A cable-in-plant installation support device has: a database 3 which stores cable attribute information 31 including information associated with attributes of a cable, restriction condition information 32 as information on restriction conditions associated with attributes in installation of a cable, and cable run information 33 as information associated with a cable stored in a cable tray; a laying support device 1 which outputs 3D-CAD data 34 in which attributes of a cable satisfy the restriction condition based upon the cable attribute information 31 and restriction condition information 32; a portable terminal 2 which displays the 3D-CAD data 34; and a bar code printer 4 which prints a bar code seal having a two-dimensional bar code of a cable number etc., printed and so on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
