摘要

The college graduates employment promotion is always the key point focused by the experts and scholars in public administration field. The paper bases on the interview record collected from some college in Tianjin, carding five different employment exploratory behaviors as follows: hunting jobs following others, hunting jobs before choosing a career, hunting jobs according to one's interest, hunting jobs according parents'will, hunting jobs according to a career's characteristics. At the same time, the paper analyzes the deep reason hiding behind their employment exploratory behaviors. In view of these researches, some questions will be found in our country's employment promotion mechanism. Then the paper gives out some suggestions from the view of public policy. These suggestions aim at perfecting the employment promotion mechanism, further guiding the stakeholders such as colleges enterprises graduates and their parents to behavior appropriately in the process of job hunting.
