ANALYSIS OF SELECTION OF BOEE CENTER'S STRUCTURAL SCHEMES

Boee Center would be designed super high-rise office buildings of 178.05 meters height. This dissertation aimed at selecting the structural schemes for the two main buildings A & B on the basis of the same architectural appearance, planar function division and the load determination. We analyzed and compared the two schemes: building A&B with complete cast-inplace reinforced concrete frame-the core tube structure and steel concrete composite structural scheme. We adopted PKPMCAD-SATWE and PKPMCAD-STS which was compiled by China Academy of Building Research to calculate and analyze structural performance such as the information of structural quality, natural vibration period, the displacement of structure under the action of earthquake and wind load and the seismic shear performance at the bottom of the structure. We also took into account the influence of engineering cost, construction progress, building net height and wiring of public professional pipes. Considering the construction period and cost, we selected the appropriate structural scheme while ensuring the structural safety and meeting the needs of use at the same time.
