The synchronization problem between two nonidentical complex networks with time delay coupling is studied in this paper, which also considered the noises in the transmission channel. Two kinds of complex dynamical networks including coupled with states and coupled with outputs are studied. The synchronization controllers are designed by using the integral control approach to suppress the effect introduced by the noise. Using Lyapunov stability theory and robust control approach, some sufficient conditions of synchronization between two networks are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities. The synchronization errors are convergent to zeros. Finally, a numerical simulation is provided to show the effectiveness and the validity of the controllers proposed in the paper.
