The theoretical prediction of main strengthening elements,final hot rolling,coiling and intercritical annealing soaking temperature were conducted by thermodynamic calculations,which agreed with the experimental results.The good formability and bake-hardening-index property gained from the experimental procedure according to the calculations show that,n (tensile strain hardenability value),r (plastic strain ratio) and BH2 (bake-hardening-index) represent maximum value when soaking temperatures were set from 800 to 820°C,the maximum value ofn is 0.21,r is 1.39,BH2 is 44 MPa.
