Previous research suggests employee perceptions of quality-related HRM practices and organizational ethics positively impact employee's work attitudes. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the degree to which organizational ethics mediates quality-related human resource management practices and a positive work attitude. Results obtained from structural equations modeling of data obtained from professionals in a financial services firm support a position of full mediation.
