PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to confirm easily that employees are working properly on the basis of work schedule.SOLUTION: A device for monitoring employees' work on the basis of video footage of the inside of a store and the device comprises: a work details setting part 35 for setting work details of each work performed by employees; a work schedule setting part 36 for setting work schedule for each work set by the work details setting part; a work detection part 33 for confirming on the basis of video footage that the employees completed each work whose details were set; an implementation information generation part 34 for generating information about the implementation of each work set in the work schedule on the basis of a detection result by the work detection part; and a screen information generation part 44 for generating and outputting screen information which shows the information about the implementation of each work generated by the implementation information generation part in comparison with the work schedule.
