With the rapid development of logistics informationization such as the application of Internet of Things (IOT), it becomes possible for modern pallet pool system to optimize its pallet dispatch via co-shared information resource fractal unit. So, first of all, some key issues concerning to the fractal model of data mining for different business partners are presented. Then, a model of fractal pallet dispatch is proposed and discussed. Furthermore, some key problems relating to the model are analyzed. Lastly, a case study is given to explain the function of such model applied to pallet dispatch.
