A Research on Financial Strategy of Enterprise

摘要

The enterprise strategic management ideas which as a new management platform has been permeated into some functional fields such as: production, marketing and human resource management etc. This paper studies the mode of establishment and implementation of financial strategy management according to problems and obstacles encountered in the process of strategic management in Chinese firms.
