摘要

In this study, the authors proposed a novel portable degradation diagnosis system that can detect a specific degraded PV module among a number of actually operated sound PV modules. At first, in order to confirm basic performance of the proposed system, numerical simulation for the system were carried out. From the simulation results, it was made clear that the performance evaluation of PV module is feasible by using the proposed system. Next, some demonstration tests were executed after a test equipment based on the proposed system was assembled. Through the experiments, it was successfully demonstrated that the proposed system has sufficient ability to detect degradation of PV module and the required time for diagnosis per module is very short. Furthermore, the proposed diagnosis system is portable and can be utilized everywhere. Therefore, the proposed system is a promising new candidate for on-site degradation diagnosis system that can detect a specific degraded PV module among a number of actually operated sound PV modules.
