摘要

Preliminary work on edge isolations of crystalline solar cells, using a 10 nanosecond Q-switched fiber laser working on the infrared and green spectrum. Acceptable values for shunt resistance are obtained by isolations made by green laser (λ = 515 nm) and infrared laser (λ = 1030 nm), as long as fast velocities are used over a threshold of peak energy. The damages introduced by the green and the infrared lasers are also analized and compared, in terms of J_(02).
