Research on Personalized Recommendation System based on Intelligent Chat Robot

at present, in the field of telecommunications, it becomes more and more demanding for' mobile users' personalized services. However the web recommendation service is too simple, but operator service is too comph'cated and not convenient Software robots as a new automated customer service appeals more and more attention. To meet the need of personalized recommendation system and aim at giving users a friendly user interface, a new framework of' personalized recommendation system is proposed at the beginning. Through analyzing a user's register information 'and use history, the user's raw model is created. Then through talking to our chat robot, the user's model will be dynamically adjusted. When the chat finished, the user's recommendation service will be offered by the system using hybrid recommendation of Collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm and modified decision tree recommendation algorithm.
