Digital Campus Planning Model Based on QFD

Digital Campus represents new avenues for increasing competing force. An bad planning of digital campus will not only lost the investment,but result in a huge indirect losing. In the study,with the University Balance Score Card the author set a digital campus planning framework by applying Quality Function Deployment (QFD,also known as House of Quality) At last the author check the framework by an example.
