Discussion of Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering Talent Cultivation

摘要

During the process of talent cultivation, resources of university should be considered, at the same time, person cultivated should meet the society's need. This article shows that hydrology and water resources engineering should establish to have itself character that its core is hydrologic geology and geology. In order to adapt social development well, education project, teaching program and training teachers need be revised in talent cultivation of hydrology and water resources engineering.
