摘要

The existed problems of experimental teaching for curriculum of mechanical system design have been firstly analyzed in detail.Then,a three-level experimental teaching architecture is constructed and presented in this paper,in which the traditional experimental teaching pattern,including teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching appliances,is still applied into the teaching activity,yet it cannot meet requirements of creative talents cultivation.In order to further improve experimental teaching effects,the three-level experimental teaching architecture is reformed to a five-level ladder system,where some detailed measures are shown during its execution of experimental teaching for curriculum of mechatronic system design,and experimental teaching contents,methods and means are also suggested.Finally,an integrated experimental teaching platform based on smart structure,vibration control and virtual instrument is designed.The experimental teaching effects show their practicing ability,innovation ability and synthesizing ability of undergraduates can be all improved by using this developed platform.
