Development on CAD Module of Impeller of Centrifugal Fan

摘要

The paper analyzes and investigates the internal relations between a large number of existing aerodynamic sketches and performance parameters of centrifugal fans by means of statistical method.The correspondence relations between speed coefficient and diametral quotient,impeller outlet breadth and diametral quotient are found,and the paper also puts forward the new methods which determine the main geometric parameters of impeller.On the base of the software of CAD,the paper develops the CAD module of impeller of Centrifugal fan with VBA using the parametric drawing technology,and implements the automatation of design and drawing of impeller,avoids repetitive hand labour,improvs availability and the quality of drawing.
