摘要

The tire slip region can induce tire wear and maneuver unsafety.This paper focused on a tire combined-slip model and some parameters that affected the slip region characters.First,an improved combined-slip tire model was built to calculate slip region characters with camber angle considered in which the contact pressure and frictional coefficient were set to be non-linear.Then relative calculated curves were drawn and compared in same figures.Sensitivity analysis was also made.The results show longitudinal stiffness is the mostly great parameter to the slip characters,then the slip ratio,slip angle,longitudinal and lateral static coefficient.The slip angle does big effect on the lateral slip force.The conclusion theoretically well explains why large toe angle induces severe tread wear.Moreover,the tire model built can provide a tool for prevention of tread wear and performance enhancement of vehicle handling.
