摘要

Using squeeze casting to produce wheel hub.provides the casting with high productivity.Moreover,the potential advantages of squeeze casting process include the elimination of shrinkage and the formation of a fine-grained structure with small dendrite arm spacing and small constituent particles.With a magnesium alloy wheel for the research,carry out stress analysis of the squeeze casting process,and use a simplified formula to calculate the minimum forming pressure so as to determine the compaction pressure.In comparison with the traditional empirical equation it proves that this method has some certain applicability,and use the simulation software ProCAST for further verification.
