In this study, a novel microfluidic device was presented by screen printing. The fabrication of novel microfluidic device was simpler than traditional microfluidic device. To accomplish the ideals for conveniences of portable and preservation, the poly-dimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates were used for upper cover and lower cover of the microfluidic device. The experimental results shown that the high linearity and high sensitivity were displayed in dynamical condition of pH buffer solution. Therefore, the novel microfluidic device should be possibility for detecting Hydrogen ion (H+) by the electrochemical method.
