@@ Introduction Selenium exerts its biological functions mainly through selenoproteins, Selenized yeasts may have a high biological availability (Margaret, 2004), the content of protein in yeast is as high as 40% and ihe organic Se account for 90% of total Se. There is a demand for accurate and sensitive determination for Se speciation in extracted liquid from Se-enriched yeast.
