The present invention relates to a method for increasing efficiency in extraction of miRNA present in a trace amount in plasma by addition of glycogen and yeast-derived tRNA. According to the present invention, it is possible to quantitatively analyze miRNAs present in a trace amount in a sample in a short time. In addition, since the miRNA detection method by adding glycogen and yeast-derived tRNA is at least three times higher than a case involving addition of glycogen alone or yeast-derived tRNA alone, the method can be efficiently used for detecting various miRNAs.
