Tax policy chosen for the promotion of medium and small private enterprises' development under new circumstances

Under the present economic situation, the development of Chinese medium and small private enterprises is facing severe challenges and hard-won opportunities. The writer analyzed the weakness of the tax policies for the process of the medium and small private enterprises' development and made tax policies suggestions on how to promote the development of those enterprises.
