With the deepening of the research of knowledge management, more and more scholars begin to study the Conversion of individual Knowledge and Organizational Knowledge from the interior of the enterprises. In the process of knowledge conversion, individuals and organization have promoted the conversion and application by means of cooperation to acquire market earning, however, at the time of income distribution, there is always labor conflicts, which will increase the complexity of the knowledge conversion process of individuals and organization. Therefore, from the point of view of game theory, this paper will explore and analyze the nature of behavior choices of individuals and organization in the process of knowledge conversion.
