摘要

In order to solve the current problem that banking customers wait too long, the agent-based simulation model of queuing system is proposed. The customer, queue, server and ATM are abstracted different agents. The operation of bank queuing system was simulated through the interaction among agents. In our model, an algorithm for adjusting the server queue dynamically was presented to reduce the average waiting time of customers. The experiment and analysis show that our model can simulate the operation of bank queuing system actually, which utilizes the existing resources and promotes the customer satisfaction.
