The Integrated Test System of OLED Optical Performance

摘要

At present, manual measurement of discrete devices is used to measure optical properties of Organic light-emitting diode (OLED).For this situation, the paper presents an OLED optical performance Integrated Test System which can simultaneously measure optical and electrical property of the light-emitting device and display real-time measurement curve, control measurement environment on a single platform, system has realized automatic optical properties measurement of OLED, has the characteristics of strong comprehensive, easy measurement, high precision and so on.
